🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or processed. Once your order has entered the shipping process (i.e., a tracking number has been generated), cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Eligible for Cancellation: Orders pending shipment or processing.
  • Not Eligible for Cancellation: Orders that have been shipped (tracking number generated).
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

📦 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the following conditions are fully met:

✅ Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all included accessories.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

💰 Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are only charged for shipping once — this includes return shipping.
No restocking fee will be applied to returned items.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

💳 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the inspection result. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).

⏱️ Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared in your account after the processing period, please take the following steps:

🔒 Additional Notes

Used or opened vape devices cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
For DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged items, please provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of receipt — we will arrange for an immediate replacement or refund.
Vapepie reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above eligibility conditions.
